Biography
Clinton Grusd represents clients in complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, including antitrust and competition issues.
Clinton previously served as an attorney in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he handled antitrust investigations, enforcement matters, and merger reviews across industries including technology, media, telecommunications, and financial services. During his tenure, he received the DOJ Special Act Award and the Antitrust Division Dedicated Service Award.
He later practiced antitrust law at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., advising major technology companies and other global businesses on antitrust litigation, government investigations, and merger review matters before the DOJ and the Federal Trade Commission.
Clinton previously founded and led multiple technology companies. He received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and an MBA from Yale University.
